12. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We only collect the information necessary for the operation of the service, including:

Profile data (name, email address, age)
Application usage data (interaction with AI Mentors, plans, progress)
Content uploaded by the user (for example, food photographs)

13. SPECIAL CATEGORY: HEALTH DATA

Tendencia Vital processes information that may be classified as sensitive health data (eating habits, physical activity, information shared with the Health AI Mentors). This type of data receives reinforced handling:

It is only collected with the user's explicit consent upon registration
It is not used for purposes other than providing the contracted service
It is not shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes
The user may request its complete deletion at any time

14. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We use encryption to protect data transmission. The technical monitoring tools we use (error logging and analytics) are configured to exclude any health data from their records.

15. WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use technical service providers (payment processing, hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, artificial-intelligence photo analysis and usage analytics) that act on our behalf and solely for the operation of the service. Food Analyzer photographs are sent to an artificial intelligence provider to be analyzed. For analytics we use Umami, a tool that does not use cookies or individually identify users, and that does not receive health data (metabolic profile, Food Analyzer photographs, or conversations with the AI Mentor).

16. YOUR RIGHTS

You may, at any time:

Request access to the data we hold about you
Request the correction of incorrect data
Request the deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw your consent for the processing of health data

17. GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE AND INTERNATIONAL USERS

Tendencia Vital is available to Spanish- and English-speaking users anywhere in the world, with no geographic access restriction. Depending on your location, additional data-protection laws may apply — in particular the GDPR (European Union) and CCPA (California, U.S.).

For all users, Tendencia Vital applies at minimum:

A processing basis with separate explicit consent (see Section 13)
Right of access, correction and deletion available to every user via contacto@tendenciavitalapp.com
Data minimization
No sale of personal data to third parties under any circumstance
International transfers protected with encryption in transit

If you reside in the EU, California, or another jurisdiction with additional rights, you may contact legal@tendenciavitalapp.com to have your specific request evaluated.

18. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Tendencia Vital uses artificial intelligence models to generate content, avatars, videos and personalized recommendations within the Application. All AI-generated content is duly identified within the platform.

Content generated by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies or errors. We recommend verifying any important information, especially information related to your health, before acting on it.
